As a 15 year Naperville Resident, Erika has raised two children while enjoying a family friendly city with activities offered year around. Erika has extensive knowledge of the Naperville area as well as the surrounding towns of Aurora, Plainfield, Bolingbrook, Warrenville and Lisle.

Joe has happily called Naperville home for many years. After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Kansas, He spent the first part of his career in business sales and consulting. He eventually discovered his true calling in the real estate industry. After operating his own boutique agency for several years, Joe joined the Baird & Warner family to better enable himself to offer his clients industry leading services and resources.
Joe is active in the local community. He has coached and sponsored several youth soccer teams, held executive board positions in the local school organizations and participates as a youth leader with one of the local churches.
